Our anchor channels are a new generation of embedded anchor systems used in concrete structures to achieve reliable load transfer. It makes the load distribution smoother, easier to install, and different in length.
The innovative structure distributes the load smoothly around the channel profile and helps prevent air pockets and concrete voids under the channel. Protective foam inserts and end caps effectively seal the channel and help prevent concrete slurry from entering the channel. The end cover also supports the user to install the T-bolt in a safe position offset from the end of the channel.
The foam insert has a tear strip that can be quickly removed to ensure the integrity and high quality of the galvanization (avoid damage to the galvanization by using a screwdriver, hammer or gas spray gun). The same T-bolt fits all our channels, mounting bracket channel.
GEODA Anchoring channel system is manufactured with five different standard profiles, GEODA have got the HEBEI XIONGAN new district electric power project from domestic sales agent, the cast in channel type is GXA 30/20. The standard length is 3m or 6m, other lengths are also acceptable.
